摘 要:在分析了传统的传动系统信号采集设备的不足之处,并考查了一些传动系统的特殊环境之后,提出了基于ARM7微处理器的用于传动系统的嵌入式信号采集及传输设备设计方案。根据方案,以移植于ARM7上的μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时操作系统为软件设计基础,设计了数据采集、存储,USB有线传输,无线传输等软件模块。介绍了μC/OS-Ⅱ系统及其移植,重点阐述了设备的设计原理和基于操作系统的软件设计思想。与传统的外部信号采集器相比,本设备能适应旋转、封闭、多尘、多油气等特殊工作环境,工作稳定可靠,所得信号的干扰及能量损失更小。Considering the deficiency of traditional signal acquisition device for driven system and some specific environment,brought forward the entire system design scheme for embedded signal acquisition and transmission device used in driven system.This system was based on microprocessor ARM7 with an embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ on it.Based on μC/OS-Ⅱ,software modules such as signal acquisition,data storage,data transmission were designed.Introduced the μC/OS-Ⅱ system and its transplant,then gave the design idea of the whole system detailedly.Comparing to the traditional signal acquisition,this device can adapt to the rotary,sealed,dusty and oiled environment.The signal fetched by it has less disturbing and less energy loss.
