摘 要:选用Fries培养液培养,采用浓缩浸提的方法提取玉米灰斑病菌粗毒素,利用紫外可见分光光度计和比色法测定了处理不同时间和不同浓度玉米灰斑病菌粗毒素对玉米胚根保护酶(过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、多酚氧化酶)活性的影响,结果表明:毒素处理后,玉米种子胚根过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、多酚氧化酶等保护酶活性明显降低,为对照组的7.97%~51.44%,说明毒素对寄主保护酶起抑制作用。该研究为进一步揭示玉米灰斑病菌的致病机理奠定了基础。Cercospora zeae-maydis, was cultured in Fries nutrient liquid medium, and Cercospora zeae-maydis toxins were acquired with the condense-extraction's method. The method of chromometry and Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer were used to detect the effecte of Cercospora zeae-maydis toxins on the activity of protective enzymes such as peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, phenylalnine ammonialyase and polyphenoloxidase in maize radicle. The results showed that the activities of peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, phenylalnine ammonialyase and polyphenoloxidase were significantly reduced in the maize radicle after Cercospora zeae-maydis toxins treatmemt. The enzyme activity in treated group was 7.97%-51.44% of controlled group. The results indicated that the Cercospora zeae-maydis toxins inhibited the activities of protective enzymes.The results of this study will provide the foundation for revealing the pathogenesis of Cercospora zeae-maydis.
