摘 要:保持酸性橙Ⅱ初始浓度为180μm,体积为400mL,气速和液速分别保持在0.8m^3·h^-1和20mL·min^-1,依次加入2.5,5,7.5,10支(每支重量为1.35-1.50g)铁丝,分析不同数量的铁丝对高压滑动弧放电降解酸性橙Ⅱ过程的影响。结果表明:7.5支铁丝可以很好地提高酸性橙Ⅱ的降解率和反应速率常数。保持酸性橙Ⅱ初始体积为400mL,气速和液速分别保持在0.8m^3·h^-1,20mL·min^-1,依次改变酸性橙Ⅱ浓度为540,720,900μm,分别考察加Fe(7.5支铁丝)和不加Fe两种情况对高压滑动弧放电降解酸性橙Ⅱ过程的影响,结果表明:在高压滑动弧放电等离子体降解酸性橙Ⅱ的过程中,Fe的加入可以引发芬顿反应,使酸性橙Ⅱ的降解率提高2.86%~3.25%,反应速率常数提高10.34%~14.37%。Acid orange H solution was degraded by gas-liquid gliding arc discharge in combination with Fenton reaction and the optimum dosage of the wire was tested. Keep the initial acid orange Ⅱ concentration of 180μm, volume of 400mL, air velocity of 0.8m^3 h^-1, liquid velocity of 20mL min^-1. Add 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 wires in turn, with the quantity of each 1.35g to 1.5g, so as to gain the optimum dosage of the wire. The results showed that 7.5 wires could improve the degradation rate and the reaction rate constant of acid orange. In order to gain the influence of the wire on the degradation process of the acid orange Ⅱ, change the concentration of the acid orange Ⅱ in turn in the order of 540μm, 7201μm, 900μm and test the condition of adding wires and no wires separately by keeping the initial orange U volume of 400mL, air velocity of 0.8m^3 h^-1, liquid velocity of 20mL min^-1. The results showed that in the process of degradation of acid orange Ⅱ, the application of iron wire in plasma reactor could give occasion to Fenton reaction, which would increase the degradation rate of acid orange by 2.86%-3.25% and the reaction rate constant of acid orange by 10.34%-14.37%.
