摘  要:目的探讨分析2型糖尿病患者血清可溶性血管细胞粘附分子-1(sVCAM-1)与尿蛋白排泄率(UAC)之间的关系。方法用酶联免疫法对75例2型糖尿病患者和40例对照组血清sVCAM-1水平进行测定。结果 2型糖尿病患者血清sVCAM-1[(678±31)ng/ml]水平明显高于对照组[(536±15)ng/ml],P<0.001,且sVCAM-1与UAC有独立的相关性。结论 2型糖尿病患者内皮和血管损伤导致sVCAM-1表达增加并与患者的肾功能减退密切相关。Objective To analyze the correlation of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 and urinary albumin concentrations in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods The serum level of sVCAM-1 was determined in 75 cases of Type 2 diabetes and 40 cases of normal people.Results The serum level of sVCAM-1 in type 2 diabetes patients [(678± 31) ng/ml] was significantly higher than the control group [( 536±15) ng/ml],sVCAM-1 and UAC have independent correlation (P0.001).Conclusion Endothelial and vascular injury lead to increased expression of sVCAM-1 in type 2 diabetes patients,and it is closely related to renal dysfunction.
