摘　　要：在阅读已有水资源经济学著作的基础上,从主要内容、结构框架、基本特点和创新之处评述了沈满洪教授主编的《水资源经济学》,认为该书结合目前我国存在的水资源实际问题,论述了水资源配置的经济规律,提出了解决水资源问题的经济手段和政策建议,是对现有水资源经济理论的全新综合。Based on the abundant reading of the existing books on economics of water resources,comments on Economics of Water Resources edited by Professor SHEN Man-hong are made from the viewpoints of the main content,structure,features and innovations. It is regarded that the book Economics of Water Resources combines the practical problems of water resources in China,discusses the economic laws of water resources allocation and proposes economic means and policy suggestions to solve the problems in the water resources. This book makes a new synthesis on the existing theories of economics of water resources.
