新疆农业用水户水价承受能力分析

摘　　要：针对目前农业用水户水价承受能力尚未有统一标准的现实,计算新疆维吾尔自治区(以下简称新疆)南疆、北疆及全疆(全部新疆的简称)粮食作物及经济作物的收益和农业生产成本,分析农业用水户水价承受能力,结果表明,新疆种植粮食作物的农业用水户的水价承受能力为570元/hm2,种植经济作物的农业用水户的水价承受能力为1155元/hm2,全疆农业用水户水价综合承受能力为870元/hm2。With regard to the reality of the absence of unified standards for the bearing capability for agricultural water price at present,the benefits of grain and economic crops and the production costs in the southern,the northern and the whole Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were calculated,respectively. The bearing capability for agricultural water users was analyzed. The results show that the bearing capability for water price of grain crops is 570 RMB Yuan/hm2,that of economic crops is 1 155 RMB Yuan/hm2,and the comprehensive bearing capability of the whole Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is 870 RMB Yuan/hm2. It will be helpful to the reform of water price in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
