复方硫洗剂、螺内酯片联合维胺酯胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方硫洗剂、螺内酯片联合维胺酯胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮的效果。方法寻常型痤疮患者104例随机分成治疗组和对照组,各52例。治疗组给予复方硫洗剂、螺内酯片和维胺酯胶囊治疗,对照组给予维胺酯胶囊治疗4周。观察用药后2组临床指标的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.2%高于对照组的82.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方硫洗剂、螺内酯片联合维胺酯胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮安全、有效,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe therapeutic effect of treating acne vulgaris with compound sulfur lotion and spironolactone tablets in combination with Viaminate capsules.Methods 104 cases of acne vulgaris were enrolled and randomly assigned to receive compound sulfur lotion,spironolactone tablets and viaminate capsules（treatment group,n=52）or viaminate capsules（control group,n=52）for 4 weeks.The clinical indexes in two groups after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate was 86.54% in the treatment group and 67.31% in the control group（P0.05）,indicating that the therapeutic effect of treating group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Compound sulfur lotion and spironolactone tablets in combination with viaminate capsules are safe and effective in treating acne vulgaris.
