摘　　要：ERP以其管理的全面性、系统性和高效益性而著称。然而随着网络技术日新月异的发展,电子商务(E-commerce)在各个领域中各个方面的应用越来越成熟,与传统企业经营管理模式相比,现代企业的管理与运作发生了很大的变革,产生了一个新的概念-协同商务(Collaborative-commerce,C-commerce)。把协同商务融入到ERP中已成为ERP发展的趋势。ERP is widely accepted for its comprehensive, systematic and highly effective management. However, with the rapid development of network technology and the utilization of more matured E-commerce in all fields, a rather revolutionary change has occurred in modem company management and operation, creating a new concept-Collaborative-commerce （C-commerce）. Thus, merging C-commerce into ERP has become a trend of ERP development.
