医改背景下我国大型公立医院的负债经营研究：以辽宁省大连市某医院为例

摘　　要：在医疗服务市场化背景下,医院特别是大型公立医院进行负债经营是一种趋势。分析我国公立医院负债经营的背景和必要性,以辽宁省大连市某医院为分析案例,分析了我国医院进行负债经营在负债规模和结构等方面的特点,考察了医院负债与医院发展之间的相互联系,并得出了医院负债经营的合理区间。In the market-oriented setting for medical service,managing a hospital,especially a large-scale public hospital with a loan is a trend.The setting and necessity of managing a public hospital with a loan in China have been analyzed through.taking a hospital in Dalian Liaoning as analytical case,the characteristic of loan structure and loan scale etc have also been analyzed.And the relation between the loan and the development of a hospital have been investigated,and the rational range of the hospital loan have been reached.
