摘  要:通过干湿周浸实验、扫描电镜观察和X射线衍射分析研究了2A12铝合金在NaCl的质量分数不同的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为与规律.实验结果表明,2A12铝合金在五种NaCl不同含量的NaCl溶液中周浸480 h后,腐蚀动力学均服从幂指数关系,腐蚀形态为明显的局部腐蚀,主要包括点蚀和晶间腐蚀.在NaCl的质量分数为5%的NaCl溶液中,点蚀深度达到极大值.各实验条件下,腐蚀产物组成基本一致,主要含有AlO(OH),AlCl3和Al2O3等.The corrosion laws and electrochemical behaviors of aluminum alloy(2A12) were investigated by using alternate immersion test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) as well as XRD.The results showed that the relationship between weight loss and exposure time for 2A12 aluminum alloy conforms to power rule in alternate immersion test in various Cl-containing solutions.With changing Cl-concentration,obvious pitting and inter-granular corrosion were observed for all the specimens and the maximum of pitting depth is obtained when Cl-concentration is 5%.The main corrosion products were loose and porous,mainly consisted of Al2O3,Al(OH)3,AlO(OH) and quite a little amount of AlCl3.
