生产性服务业与制造业互动机理研究——以乐清低压电器产业链为例

摘　　要：基于产业链视角,从产业链提升价值环节的价值与增强各环节之间的联系两大方面,深入剖析产业链上生产性服务环节与制造环节的互动过程机理,研究发现,制造环节企业采取归核化、服务化、剥离三种策略,增加了自身价值,并通过服务外包、另立服务公司两种方式,刺激并推动了生产性服务业的发展;生产性服务环节企业采取服务工业化、协作联盟两种策略,提高了自身专业化水平,并通过制造设备投资、另立制造公司两种方式,刺激并推动了制造业的发展。最后,以乐清低压电器产业链为例,对该视角下两大产业的互动机理进行了佐证。How to increase value of the segments of the chain and how to enhance the links of them are analyzed on the perspective of industrial chain in this paper.Then some characteristics and regular pattern of interaction are concluded,namely the segment of manufacturing industries promotes the development of the segment of producer services by adopting the strategy of core-competence,service-orientation or service-exteriorization,likewise,the segment of producer services promote the development of the segment of manufacturing industries by adopting the strategy of industralization or collaboration alliance.Finally,low-voltage apparatus industrial chain of Yueqing is taken as case study to supplementarily prove the mechanism of the interaction.
