美制标准“统一螺纹”加工分析

摘　　要：近年在进口的机械设备中,美制统一螺纹的接口连接日益增多。我国的液压管路设备与这些设备的连接必须是美制统一螺纹牙型形式的密封连接。但在车削加工这些连接管件的螺纹时,机械设计手册及一般工具手册找不到统一螺纹尺寸的标准,如何识别、计算、加工和检测统一螺纹尺寸,用实例在这里进行了系统的论述。In recent years,imports of machinery and equipment,the US-made uniform thread interface is increasing.China＇s hydraulic piping equipment and such equipment must be US-made unity connecting thread tooth-type form of sealed connections.However,turning these connections threaded pipe,the mechanical design handbooks and manuals can not find a general tool for uniform standards for thread size,how to identify,measure,process and test a unified thread sizes,with the instance of the system discussed here.
