摘　　要：由于一次性能源越来越少,价格趋势走高,国际上对可代替的再生能源加快了开发利用速度,其中风能作为一项大有潜力的能源被越来越多的国家所重视。"十一五"期间,我国也在大力开发利用以风能、太阳能等为代表的新能源和可再生能源,以优化能源结构,改善环境,促进社会经济可持续发展。As the primary energy is becoming less and less and the price is becoming higher accordingly,development of renewable energy is promoted internationally and wind energy as one of the most potential energies is being enphasized more and more by country.During the period of the eleventh ＂five-year plan＂,China is energetically developing new and renewable recources which are represented by wind energy and solar energy in order to optimize energy structure,improve environment and promote the sustainable development of social economy.
