摘　　要：利用计算机模拟技术对球墨铸铁轴承盖原铸造工艺进行优化,根据模拟结果指导生产,一次性彻底解决了铸造过程中产生的缩松缺陷,明显缩短了验证周期,降低了铸造成本。The previous casting technology of ductile iron bearing caps has been optimized by using computer simulation technology.According to the simulation results,the casting process has been modified,the shrinkage defects generated in the casting process have been solved completely with significantly reduced verification cycle and casting cost.
