摘　　要：简单介绍了61汽车翻转支架铸钢件在蒸压成型机上直接压制泡沫模样消失模模具的结构特点;对其消失模模具设计中的泡沫模样分模方案、模块分模结构及其镶块与活块的优化设计、方案优选作了较详细的评述。Structure characteristics of full mold casting die for foam pattern of steel casting of Model 61 automobile overturn bracket directly formed by steam presser have been briefly introduced.The optimal design and scheme for pattern parting,module parting structure and insert of full mold casting die have been reviewed in details with flesh work efficiency,esthetics and golden section to guide design and manufacture for proper and handsome effect.
