摘　　要：目的探讨桃红四物汤联合MVP方案化疗治疗瘀血内结型食管癌的疗效。方法 40例患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用桃红四物汤联合MVP方案化疗;对照组单纯采用MVP方案化疗。结果两组治疗前后进食哽噎症状、吐黏液症状、有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胸骨后疼痛症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗组较对照组在治疗效果上有一定优势,特别是吞咽哽噎、吐黏液等症状的改善较为明显。Objective To investigate the effect of Tao Hong Si Wu and MVP chemotherapy in treatment of haemostasis inter-junction esophageal cancer.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group adopted Tao Hong Si Wu Tang combined with MVP chemotherapy;the control group adopted MVP chemotherapy alone.Results The efficiency of eating stems choking symptoms,vomiting mucus symptoms were significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment（P 0.05）,the retrosternal pain of the two groups was no significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment group was better than the control group in treatment,especially in swallowing infarction,vomiting mucus and other symptoms.
