雌二醇阴道用胶囊治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究雌二醇阴道用胶囊治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效及安全性。方法将2009年6～12月在天津港口医院诊断为萎缩性阴道炎的绝经后患者28例分为两组,试验组(14例)给予雌二醇阴道用胶囊,对照组(14例)给予普罗雌烯阴道软胶囊。观察两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果雌二醇阴道用胶囊和普罗雌烯阴道用胶囊均可有效改善绝经后妇女阴道及泌尿道症状,改善阴道健康评分。试验组略升高的雌激素水平并未引起靶器官如乳腺、子宫内膜的变化。两组在其余各疗效及安全性指标的比较上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者用药满意度的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论雌二醇阴道用胶囊可以安全、有效地治疗绝经后妇女的萎缩性阴道炎,其疗效与安全性与药普罗雌烯阴道用胶囊相似,且用药的舒适度、方便性增加。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of vaginal estradiol capsules in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods A total of 28 patients with atrophic vaginitis were enrolled. The treatment group wa given vaginal estradiol capsules,whereas the control group was given vaginal promestriene capsules. Results Both vaginal estradiol capsules and promestriene capsules had an obvious effect in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. In estradiol capsule group, the elevated E2 had no impact on the target organs, such as breast and endometrinm. No difference was found in other indexes （P 〉 0.05 ）. Higher satisfaction score was found in treatment group than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Vaginal estradiol capsule was safe and effective in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis in postmenopansal women, similar to those of vaginal promestriene capsule,which was more comfortable and convenient otherwise.
