乳突再根治一期鼓室成形术37例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳突再根治一期鼓室成形术对中耳乳突根治术后继续流脓、听力损失明显患者的治疗效果。方法对2004年1～7月37例乳突根治术后42耳行乳突再根治一期鼓室成形术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 37例乳突再根治一期鼓室成形术患者临床观察3个月至5年无再流脓发生;42耳中,听力较前提高10～20dB者33耳(占78.6%);术后短期一过性眩晕、面瘫4例,3个月后完全恢复。结论对中耳乳突根治术后继续流脓、听力损失明显的患者行乳突再根治一期鼓室成形术疗效满意,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect on one period tympanoplasty after re-radical mastoidectomy to patients who contiune purulence and audition damnify after radical mastoid operation of middle ear.Methods From January 2004 to July 2004,clinical data of 42 ears which do one period tympanoplasty after mastoidectomy in 37 cases carried out retrospective clinical analysis.Results 37 cases of mastoidectomy to one period tympanoplasty were observed from 3 months to 5 years and no purulence occured;33 ears（78.6%） of the hearing increased 20dB than the previous in 42 ears;4 cases occured short-term transient vertigo and facial paralysis,recovered fully after 3 months.Conclution The effect of one period tympanoplasty after reradical mastoidectomy in patients who contiune purulence and audition damnify in the middle ear radical mastoidectomy was satisfactory and was worthy to spread in clinic.
