摘 要:利用硫丹杀虫剂对夏津抗性棉铃虫进行室内选育17代,棉铃虫对氰戊菊酯的抗性没有提高,而对硫丹的抗性却明显提高了5.87倍。将硫丹选育种群(Edo-R种群)和未用任何杀虫剂的对照种群(CK种群)的某些生物学特征进行比较发现:Edo-R种群的幼虫发育历期较CK种群平均延长了2.30d(显著性检验p<0.01)。Edo-R种群和CK种群未成熟期的存活率分别为36.67%和54.17%(显著性检验p<0.01)。其它的一些生物学指标则不存在显著差异。Edo-R种群相对于CK种群具有0.64的适合度。Under artificial climate condition the Xiajin resistant cotton bollworm strain was selected with endosulfan generation to generation. Up to 17 generations the resistance to fenvalerate had no development ,but the resistant to endosulfan was increased to 5.87 fold. The biotic comparation was taken to endosulfan resistant (Edo-R) strain and CK(Xiajin resistant cotton bollworm under insecticide free condition) strain. The result indicated that the development duration of larvae of Edo-R strain was delayed 2 .3 days than CK strain and the survival rate of unripe stage was 36.67 and 54.17 percent respectively. The other biotic characteristic had no obvious difference between two strains. The Edo-R strain was calculated to have a fitness value of 0.64 relative to CK strain.
