摘 要:以PP为基体,采用热压成型的方法制备PP/杨木粉复合材料。通过转矩流变、维卡耐热、SEM等分析方法研究了偶联剂含量、2种热塑性弹性体及其含量对复合材料流变、耐热、力学性能的影响。结果显示,0.5份的偶联剂可以提高木粉30份体系的拉伸强度及缺口冲击强度。EVA的改性效果显著,试样EA10的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度分别为31.4MPa和7.94kJ/m2,较WF30分别提高23.62%和56.92%。SEM断面观察发现,试样的EA10基体连续性良好,大量木纤维在基体中断裂,撕裂区域较多,说明材料的韧性得到明显改善。PP/poplar wood flour composite samples are prepared by compression molding. The effects of the content of wood flour and compatibilizer, two kinds of thermoplastic etastomers and its content on the rheology, and mechanics of WPC are studied using some analysis instruments, such as rheometer, VST tester, scanning electron microscopy etc. The results show that the tensile strength, VST of WPC samples increase, while its toughness, processing property show a shade decrease by adding the content of WF. However, the tensile strength and toughness of WPC with 30% wood flour is improved when adding 0. 5% of aluminic ester coupling agent. EVA have a significant effect on the mechanic properties of PP/poplar wood flour composites. The tensile strength of EA10 is al. 4MPa, and the notched impact strength is 7. 94kJ/me, respectively 23.62% and 56.92% higher than WF30. The fracture structure of EA10 gained by SEM shows that mass of wood fiber are ruptured in consecutive matrix. A number of tearing region represent the toughness of WPC with 30% wood flour is well enhanced.
