摘 要:利用激光诱导击穿光谱技术,在实验室环境条件下对不锈钢样品进行定量分析。选择样品中铁元素作为内标元素,以不同的分析线和内标线峰值强度比的方式,分别对样品中铬、锰、铝和铜元素建立定标曲线,并对其含量进行了反演。由传统的内标法得出Cr和Cu的相对误差分别为5.5%和50.2%,而由多条谱线强度归一化法得出Cr和Cu的相对误差分别降至2.3%和16.4%,显然用后者更易得到精确的分析结果。Stainless steel samples were quantitatively analyzed in laboratory by using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy.By taking iron as the internal standard,elements such as chromium,manganese,aluminum and copper in the samples were analyzed with internal standard method and intensity normalization method,respectively.Calibration curves for these analytical elements were established,respectively,and the concentrations of these samples were determined herewith.The minimum relative error was 5.5% for chromium and the maximum relative error was 50.2% for copper when the conventional internal standard was used.However,this value were lowered to 2.3% and 16.4% in case that the multi-line intensity normalization method was used in quantitative analysis of the same element.It is obvious that a more precise analytical result can be easily got with the multi-line intensity normalization method than with the conventional internal standard.
