摘 要:压电陶瓷材料与器件的研究开发极为重要。从发展角度看,无铅压电陶瓷材料与器件的研究是一项顺应"国际社会可持续发展要求"、符合"国家科学技术和经济发展目标"和"国际材料科学与工程发展趋势"、具有严酷竞争性和紧迫性、具有重大社会经济意义的研究课题。综合介绍了(K,Na)NbO3(KNN)系钙钛矿型铌酸盐无铅压电陶瓷材料与器件的研究进展,包括陶瓷材料的组分设计与温度稳定性、陶瓷材料的合成制备新技术等;概括总结了KNN系无铅压电陶瓷在器件上的一些应用;分析展望了KNN系无铅压电陶瓷及器件研究的发展趋势。The research and development on piezoelectric ceramics and devices are very important from the viewpoints of various aspects. The demand of the sustainable development of the world and the environmental and safety concerns with respect to the utilization, recycling, and disposal of Pb-based piezoelectric materials have induced a new surge in developing lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with properties comparable to their lead-based counter. Based on the research results in the authors' group and aboard, new development on lead-free piezoelectric ceramics worldwide, the research progresses of the perovskite structure niobate-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics and the related devices are summarized, including the component design, temperature stability, and preparation technology of (K,Na)Nb03 (KNN) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics; recent important research results and their significance of the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics; and the device applications of the KNN lead-flee piezoelectric ceramics. And some prospects to be resolved and the development trend in coming years from the viewpoint of the applications of the perovskite lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are also pointed out.
