摘　　要：介绍了无机纳米基因载体的特性及其负载与转染机理,主要综述了二氧化硅、磷酸钙、碳纳米管、氧化铁、量子点和层状双氢氧化合物等的研究进展,分析了其研究现状,并提出了进一步的研究方向及发展趋势。This article describes the characteristics of inorganic nanoparticle as gene vector and its mechanism of load and transfection, and reviews the recent researches on the silica, calcium phosphate, carbon nanotubes,iron oxide, quantum dots, and layered double hydroxide compounds, which also analyzes the research situation and proposes direction for further research and development trend on the inorganic nanoparticles as gene vector.
