摘　　要：本文通过剖析山东省第一家拥有＂金融牌照＂的农村资金互助社——沂水县姚店子镇聚福源农村资金互助社个案,显示其由＂隐性存在＂到＂显性化经营＂后面临的一系列困难和问题,分析其成因,并提出了相应对策建议。This paper analyzes the first finance-licensed rural mutual fund case in Shandong Province,the Yaodianzi Jufuyuan Mutual Fund in Yishui County.The author discusses a series of difficulties and problems it faced during the process from ＂invisible existence＂ to ＂visible operation＂,and analyzes the reasons and draws countermeasures and suggestions.
