晚期乳腺癌妇女生活质量的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究晚期乳腺癌妇女生活质量,分析相关因素,提高患者生活质量。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对9例晚期乳腺癌患者进行半结构性访谈,Colaizzi法分析资料。结果:晚期乳腺癌及其治疗使患者身体状况及生活方式发生改变,限制了患者的躯体、角色、社会及认知功能;患者在心理上经受着不同的情感反应。结论:护士应对晚期乳腺癌患者进行全身心的照护,包括减轻病痛,加强心理护理,促进社会支持等,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the quality of life of patients with advanced breast cancer and to analyze the related factors for the nurses to improve the patients＇quality of life.Methods：Phenomenology method was adopted.Totally 9women with advanced breast cancer were interviewed,and the data was analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results：Advanced breast cancer and the treatment led to changes in the patients＇physical condition as well as their lifestyle.The patients＇physical function,role function,social function and cognitive function were largely limited.The patients experienced diverse emotional reactions to the disease.Conclusion：Nursing staff should provide holistic nursing care to the patients with advanced breast cancer,including relieving their pain,strengthening psychological nursing and encouraging social support to improve the patients＇quality of life.
