摘　　要：本文介绍了PHB的优点及不足,以及PHB近年来在生物、物理、化学改性方面的研究进展,尤其是化学改性方面。另外,对PHB的应用前景作了展望。In this paper,the modification and application of PHB are introduced and the advantages and disnvantages of PHB are pointed out.The recent development of modification with PHB in chemical,physical and biological methods is reviewed,especially in chemical modification.At last,the application prospects of PHB are described.
