主要栽培甜瓜品种抗霜霉病试验初报  

Resistance of Main Melon Cultivars to Downy Mildew

摘　　要：采集田间自然发病的甜瓜霜霉病病原菌孢子,通过孢子悬浮液喷雾法对海南常用的7个甜瓜品种宝丰黄金、金帝王、新红心脆、金蜜十、金蜜六、金辉一号、黄皮9818苗期进行抗霜霉病鉴定试验。结果表明宝丰黄金、金帝王、金蜜六为中感品种;新红心脆、金蜜十、金辉一号、黄皮9818为中抗品种。平均发病指数最低的是新红心脆,为48.15;平均发病指数最高的是宝丰黄金,为75.88。Downy mildew pathogen spores of melon under natural infection in filed were collected. The seedlings of seven main melon cultivars, i.e., Baofeng Huangjin, Jindiwang, Xinhong Xincui, Jinmi No.10, Jinmi No.6, Jinhui No.1 and Huangpi 9818 were preliminarily identified of their resistance to downy mildew with the spore suspension method. The results showed that Baofeng Huangjin, Jindiwang, Jinmi No.6 were disease-susceptible medially; Whereas Xinhong Xincui, Jinmi No.10, Jinhui No.l, Huangpi 9818 were disease-resistant medially. The average of disease index of Xinhong Xincui was 48.15 which was the lowest of the seven cultivars. The average of disease index of Baofeng Huangjin was 75.88 which was the highest of the seven cultivars.
