摘　　要：文章通过对中部六省资本市场发展状况的分析,认为上市公司数量较少,直接融资规模偏小,资本市场发育滞后,是影响中部经济崛起的重要因素。为此,中部六省应结合各自的产业发展战略,采取积极举措,培育更多的资本市场合格主体,大力发展市场中介组织;同时,在中部建立证券交易所,降低企业的融资门槛,以消除中部崛起的资本瓶颈。This paper, through the analysis of the development status of central China＇s capital market, reveals that the less amount of listed companies and the smaller scale of direct financing and lagged development of capital market are the important factors affecting central China＇s rising. So, the six provinces of the central China should take positive action to cultivate more eligibility units of capital market and develop market intermediary organizations by the industry developing stratagem. Meanwhile, we suggest that government should set up the negotiable securities in the central China, so as to play down the enterprises＇ financing threshold, and eliminate the capital predicament of central China＇s rising.
