摘 要:目的识别、分析某汽车生产车间整体搬迁项目职业病危害因素并预测其危害程度,指出职业病危害的关键控制点,提出防护对策建议。方法采用检查表分析法和类比法相结合的预评价方法。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素有电焊烟尘、噪声、高温、焊接弧光、苯、锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、氮氧化物。类比检测结果提示,接触噪声作业的43个岗位中,13个岗位8 h等效声级超过工作场所噪声职业接触限值,检测岗位超标率为30%。3个岗位接触电焊烟尘的8 h时间加权平均浓度超过接触限值要求。焊接车间2个作业岗位接触一氧化碳的短时间浓度和4个岗位的8 h时间加权平均浓度超过职业接触限值要求。结论该项目属严重职业病危害项目,拟采取的职业病防护措施基本可行。Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards in automobile overall removal project and predict the extent of the hazards, find out the key controlling points of hazards and provide evidence for the prevention and control of occupational hazards. Methods The pre - assessment was conducted by using analo- gy and checklist methods. Results The main occupational hazard factors in this project included welding fumes, noise, heat, welding, benzene, manganese and its compounds, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides. Analogy test results suggested, among 43 noise producing posts, LEX' 8 h of 13 posts exceeded occupational exposure limits for noise in workplace, the posts exceeding rate were 30%. C - TWA of 3 weld working posts exceeded occupational exposure limits. In welding workshop, carbon monoxide C - STEL of 2 posts and C - TWA of 3 posts exceeded occupational exposure limits. Conclusion This project is considered with serious occupational hazards, the occupational protection measures which will be taken are basically feasible.
