摘  要:为了分析复合式机场道面的荷载应力,建立了9块板的复合式机场道面三维有限元模型,以B777-200飞机荷载为计算荷载,选取沥青混凝土层底拉应力、沥青混凝土剪应力、水泥混凝土板底拉应力为考察指标,分析复合式机场道面的最不利荷位;利用正交设计分析结构参数对荷载应力影响的显著性,指导复合式机场道面结构设计。研究表明:水泥混凝土板底拉应力应该作为复合式机场道面荷载应力分析的关键指标,复合式机场道面基于多板分析的最不利荷位位于三轴双轮荷载的中轴荷载与板边中点相切处;增加水泥混凝土板模量对板底拉应力负面影响显著,增强土基模量可以明显减小水泥混凝土板底拉应力和沥青混凝土层底拉应力;复合式机场道面结构设计过程中,必须重视土基处理,提高土基强度;不能过分强调增加水泥混凝土板的模量,应该综合考虑其弯拉强度,合理选择水泥混凝土配合比。In order to analyze the load stress of composite airport pavement,a 3D finite element model of nine full-scale slabs is established.Choosing B777-200 as the computational loading,the tensile stress of asphalt concrete,shear stress of asphalt concrete and the tensile stress of cement concrete were calculated as analytic index.The critical loading position is determined,and the effect of pavement structural parameters to the stress is analyzed by the orthogonal design method.The results show that the tensile stress of cement concrete is the key index of load stress of composite airport pavement,and the middle axis loading of three axes loading as the edge loading case was identified to be the critical loading position.With the increase of modulus of subgrade,the tensile stress of cement concrete and asphalt concrete decreases,while increasing the modulus of concrete will have adverse effect on the tensile stress of cement concrete.During the design of this kind of structure,subgrade should be regarded to improve the strength of subgrade,and can not excessively emphasize the modulus of cement concrete,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the flexural strength to choose proportioning design of cement concrete.9 tabs,5 figs,8 refs.
