摘 要:模拟废胎胶粉改性沥青生产与储存状态,对废胎胶粉加入沥青后,沥青的粘度和四组分随时间的变化情况进行了试验研究,并借助红外光谱试验、荧光显微镜和差示扫描热量法(DSC)等手段分析了废胎胶粉沥青改性机理。结果表明:废胎胶粉加入沥青后在高温下储存,相对于基质沥青,废胎胶粉沥青中的沥青质、饱和酚、芳香酚显著减少,胶质显著增加,粘度相应提高;胶粉在沥青中溶胀、脱硫和降解,胶粉中的活性物质进入沥青胶体体系中,达到改善沥青温度敏感性、老化性能的效果;常温及低温条件下,未溶解的胶粉颗粒起到增强沥青的弹性性能和提高其抗裂性能的作用。The law of the viscosity and four-component of the asphalt rubber was researched with the time of the production and storage.Some test methods such as the infrared absorption spectrum analysis,fluorescence microscopy and differential scanning calorie were adapted to analyze ground tire rubber modified asphalt mechanism.Study results indicate that asphaltenes,saturated copies,aromatic copies decreased,viscosity increased with the crumb rubber powder adding into the asphalt.The crumb rubber powder can absorb the oil of the asphalt;also,it dissolves,depolymerizes and degenerates under hot temperature conditions.The active material which has been added in the ground rubber power can enter into the colloid system of asphalt to improve the temperature susceptibility and anti-aged performance of asphalt.Under normal temperature and low temperature condition,the undissolved ground tire rubber powder pellets in the modified asphalt.Such pellets would make the elastic performance and resistibility to cracking of the modified asphalt better.2 tabs,7 figs,10 refs.
