摘　　要：针对创新型人才和创新教育的信息需求特点,提出图书馆为提高创新人才的信息素质所采取的个性化信息服务。This paper probes into innovative talents and the information requirements of innovation-based education and proposes that personalized information service should be provided for the improvement of the information quality of the innovative talents.
