摘　　要：分析大学生几次角色转换的特点,在入学阶段、专业学习阶段和毕业阶段,通过纸质宣传品、现场讲解、信息通报和讲座等形式,有针对性地开展读者教育工作。College libraries should commit themselves to the effective service for college students＇ role-transference from settling-down period to major-pursuit period to graduate period.The focus is placed on library-introduction for freshmen,techniques involved in bibliographic search,lectures on major-oriented topics,recommendation of major bibliography,information searching on line,employment information and etc.Therefore,the educational function of libraries will be carried out with specific orientation and systematic plan.
