抗艾滋病及肿瘤主药黄芪药材主、侧根中多糖含量的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较抗艾滋病及肿瘤主药黄芪药材主、侧根中多糖的含量。方法:以无水葡萄糖为标准品绘制标准曲线,运用紫外分光光度法选择波长488.7nm,对黄芪药材主、侧根中多糖含量进行测定。结果:黄芪药材主根中多糖含量比侧根平均高14.06%。结论:该研究对黄芪质量评价具有积极意义,提示临床应用黄芪应注意主根、侧根的差别。Objective：To compare the contents of polysaccharide in radix astragali tap root and lateral root.Methods：Use anhydrous glucose as the indicators to plot the standard curve,determination of the contents of it in rad ix astragali tap root and lateral root by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at wavelength of 488.7 nm.Results：The average contents of polysaccharide in tap root 14.06% higher than the lateral root.Conclusion：The research with positive significance to the astragalus quality evaluation,rearents that the difference of tap and lateral root should be emphasized.
