淋巴结核丸对小鼠的细胞免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察淋巴结核丸对小鼠的细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:观测小鼠外周血淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率;小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞3H-TDr的转化功能;胸腺皮质厚度、细胞计数;脾脏(胸腺依赖区)淋巴细胞计数。结果:淋巴结核丸具有增加T淋巴细胞数和增强其转化的作用,并可增加小鼠胸腺皮质的厚度及淋巴细胞数;同时也增加脾脏胸腺依赖区的淋巴细胞数。结论:淋巴结核丸具有增强细胞免疫的功能。Objective：To observe the effect of the lymphatic pill on mice cell immune function.Methods：To observe the ANAE positive rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes and mouse spleen T lymphocytes 3H-TDr conversion functions;thymus cortical thickness,cell count;spleen（thymus dependent area） lymphocyte count.Results：The lymphatic pill has increased the number of T lymphocytes and enhance its role in transformation,and can increase the thickness of the thymus cortex and the mumber of lymphocytes;the same time increase the lympholyte count of the thymus dependent areas of spleen.Conclusion：The drug has enhanced cell immune function.
