摘　　要：目的:通过连翘对顺铂所致小鼠小肠推进作用的影响以及量效关系的实验考察,验证其止吐功效。方法:采用炭末推进法对比各给药组间小鼠的小肠推进率。结果:3种剂量的连翘均有抑制小肠推进作用,抑制强度大小为连翘中剂量组>连翘高剂量组>连翘低剂量组>盐酸昂丹斯琼组。结论:各给药组小肠推进率均受到抑制,以中剂量最为明显。Objective：To explore the effects of Forsythiasuspense on small intestine propusion and dose-effect relation ship in mice（given DDP）.Methods：carbon powder was used to observe the movement of small intestine in different dose in mice.Results：3 dose in mice can restrain small intestine in particular the middle-dose.conclusion：Forsythias uspense could restrain the small intestine propulsion function of mice.
