牛膝、酒牛膝饮片色度的研究及限度标准的建立

摘　　要：目的:比较牛膝、酒牛膝饮片色度值并建立限度指标。方法:紫外分光光度计测定吸收度并计算色度值。结果:牛膝、酒牛膝饮片色度值随着牛膝泛糖程度增加而增加,可以通过建立限度指标检测牛膝饮片是否泛糖。结论:牛膝饮片色度指标可定为0.2;酒牛膝饮片色度值可定为0.5。Objective：To compare chromatic value of twotoothed achyranthes root and prepared twotoothed achyranthes root with wine cut crude drug and establish limit index.Methods：To detect absorbability with ultraviolet spectrophotometer and compute chromatic value.Results：Chromatic value of twotoothed achyranthes root and prepared twotoothed achyranthes root with wine cut crude drug was raise following twotoothed achyranthes root fan sugar raise,so it can establish limit index to detect the twotoothed achyranthes root fan sugar or not.Conclusion：The chroma index of twotoothed achyranthes root cut crude drug is 0.2,the chroma index of prepared twotoothed achyranthes root with wine cut crude drug is 0.5.
