“十八反”文献与临床研究现状、存在问题及研究思路

摘　　要：目的:分析"十八反"研究的现状,提出研究思路。方法:归纳"十八反"文献与临床研究特点,分析已有研究存在的问题,探讨未来"十八反"的新研究方法。结果:"十八反"中药在文献及临床中均有相关应用,其配伍禁忌的文献、临床均有不确切之处;应考证"十八反"的具体细节,建立相关数据库、进行数据挖掘,适当开展临床研究。结论:针对"十八反"已有研究的不足,完善"十八反"的文献与临床研究。Objective：Analysiing the status of＂eighteen antagonisms＂study,we propose the research ideas.Methods：Generalize characteristics of the study of literature and clinician of＂eighteen antagonisms＂,analyzing the problems of the existing research,exploring new methods of＂eighteen antagonisms＂study in the future.Results：＂eighteen antagonisms＂traditional Chinese medicine has related applications in the literature and clinician.Its incompatibility has inaccuracies in the literature and clinician.Should Verify the specific details of＂eighteen antagonisms＂,establish relevant databases,carry on data mining,carry out clinical research properly.Conclusion：Improving the study of literature and clinician of＂eighteen antagonisms＂to its insufficient of the existing research.
