中西医结合治疗老年痴呆病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西药都可喜联合补肾益智汤治疗老年痴呆病的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组32例。治疗组给予西药都可喜联合补肾益智汤治疗,对照组给予都可喜治疗。结果:治疗组老年痴呆病的证候改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗老年痴呆病疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of joint kidney puzzle decoction in the treatment of senile dementia.Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group（40 cases） and control group（32 cases）.40 patients of Treatment group was treated with kidney combined with duxil.the control group was treated with duxil.Observing the curative effect of two groups.Results：treatment group of alzheimer＇s disease symptoms improved than control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical efficac of integrated traditional and western medicine therapy for alzheimer＇s disease clinical efficacy is obvious,and application.
