中药配合西医分期治疗脑基底节出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药配合西医分期治疗脑基底节出血的疗效。方法:将CT证实的基底节区出血量在15-35ml的60例患者随机分为两组,对照组常规西医内科综合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上分期合用中药,两组疗程30d。结果:治疗组临床痊愈率、有效率以及血肿吸收率均明显高于对照组。结论:中药配合西医分期治疗高血压性脑出血具有良好作用,能明显促进血肿吸收和神经功能恢复,降低致残率。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of chinese and western medicine treatment with staging of basal ganglia bleeding.Methods：60 patients of the bleeding on CT confirmed mor-talities of 15-35 ml were randomly divided into two groups,the general internal medicine in treatment group and control group were treated by traditional installment share.30d as a course.Results：clinical more effective rate,and the absorption rate of hematoma were significantly higher than control.Conclusions：treatment with western medicine installment hypertensive hemorrhage has good effect,it can obviously promote haematoma absorptance and neurological recovery,reduce morbidity.
