Objective:To study the relevance between TCM Syndrome of Dyslipidemia and IFG.Methods:this group of the 600 cases of TCM syndrome of dyslipidemia and impaired fasting glucose offers us the following information:①When the blood glucose levels are at 5.6 mmol/L-6.0 mmol/L,the proportion of TCM confirmed syndrome is higher than that at the glucose level of 3.9 mmol/L 5.5 mmol/L,and a little higher than that at the glucose level of 6.1 mmol/L-6.9 mmol/L.If the IFG needs to be treated, and then from the view of the micro indicators of correcting TCM syndrome, the blood glucose at 5.6 mmol/L-6.0 mmol/L should be carried with medical intervention as the same as the blood glucose at 6.1 mmol/L-6.9 mmol/L,that is,the research result of TCM syndrome of this group supports that the order point of IFG should be advanced from 6.1 mmol/L to 5.6 mmol/L;②When the blood glucose levels are at 5.6 mmol/L-6.1 mmol/L,TCM syndrome of dyslipidemia type Hou deter increases significantly, and by the treatment of statistics,it has significant differences. The conclusion also provides treating ideas for how to carry with medical intervention to IFG.
