益气通络法治疗肝炎肝硬化临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气通络合剂治疗肝炎肝硬化的疗效。方法:88例病人随机平均分为2组,均采用常规西药保肝、利水等治疗。治疗组加服益气通络合剂,每日1剂,1月为1个疗程。结果:观察两组血清丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、血清总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)及总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白与球蛋白比值(A/G)等的变化。发现治疗组ALT、AST、TBil、DBil下降程度均大于对照组,TP、A/G上升程度大于对照组,治疗组肝功能较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:使用益气通络合剂组在降酶、退黄疸、升蛋白及改善白球比值方面均明显优于对照组,临床应用未发现明显不良反应,且经济实用。Objective：To observe the curative effect of yiqi tongluo mixture in treating hepatitis cirrhosis.Methods：88 patients were randomly divided into two groups,each in 44 patients using conventional medicine including protect liver,water treatment,etc.Add in treatment group is served yiqi tongluo in treatment group,qd.1 month period.Results：two groups of serum alanine（ALT）,aspartic acid transferase（AST）,serum TBil（total bilirubin,direct bilirubin（DBil） and total protein（TP）,white ball ratio（A/G） were obversed.Found the AST,ALT TBil DBil level in treatment group higher than control group,TP,A/G rise greater than control group,the treatment group than controls liver has obviously improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Through clinical observation,using yiqi tongluo mixture group,the enzyme,protein and improve jaundice aspect ratio of white balls than control group,clinical application has no obvious adverse reaction,and the economical and practical.
