京万红软膏治疗小儿静脉输液渗漏性损伤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨京万红软膏治疗小儿静脉输液渗漏性损伤的疗效。方法:选取2007年7月至2009年6月小儿静脉输液致渗漏性损伤患儿58例,按时间顺序分为两组。对照组28例,采用传统硫酸镁湿敷法;观察组30例,采用京万红软膏外敷法,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组显效率明显高于对照组,统计结果经χ2检验,差异具有统计学意义,χ2=5.09,P<0.05。结论:京万红软膏对小儿静脉输液致渗漏性损伤具有活血散瘀、行气止痛作用,疗效显著。Objective：To explore the effect of WanGong ointment in treating pediatric intravenous infusion leakage of damage.Methods：July 2007 until June 2009,infantile intravenous infusion of seepage damage 58 cases of patients were chosen,according to the time.they are divided into two groups.28 cases of control group,were adopted the traditional magnesium sulfate compress,The observation group,30 cases were with WanGong ointment topical method.Doing the comparison of two groups.Results：the effective rate of the observation group show significantly higher than control group,the efficiency of statistical results through inspection,the χ^2 = 5.09 diamondback,P 〈0.05,they has statistically significant differences.Conclusion：the WanGong ointment for pediatric intravenous infusion of seepage damage blood stasis,scattered with pain,it has remarkable curative effect.
