中西药联用治疗新生儿黄疸临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西药联用治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:收治80例新生儿黄疸采用中西医结合治疗,对照组70例单用西医治疗。结果:以中医为主结合西医治疗,治疗效果明显好于单纯西医治疗,黄疸消退时间,总胆红素的下降,治疗组和对照组相比有显著性差异,中西医结合组患者住院比例明显少于对照组。结论:本研究证明,中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸有较强的优势,大多患儿不需住院,不需特殊的医疗仪器,药物价格低廉,减轻了广大患儿家庭的经济负担。Objective：To test the effect of integrated traditional and western medicine in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods：80 cases were treated by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine,the control with western medicine therapy alone.Results：therapeutic effect of the treatment was significantly better than pure western medicine therapy,regardless of time,total bilirubin presented the decline treatment group compared with control group,has significant differences between the groups,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in proportion,obviously less than control group.Conclusion：this research proves,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of neonatal jaundice strong superiority,mostly children need not live in the hospital,don＇t need special hospital medical equipment,drugs,it reduced burden of the family.
