摘  要:2007年7月17日新疆西北部的边境县和布克赛尔出现大暴雨,突破了该站24h降水量历史记录,尤其是1 h降水量为52.1 mm,为我国干旱地区罕见。应用实时接收的静止气象卫星、EOS/MODIS卫星资料及时发现了该次强降水天气过程云系发生、发展及演变,并实施了有效的暴雨预警服务。综合对比分析该次降水天气过程中的静止气象卫星、EOS/MODIS资料,证明在干旱地区局地暴雨预警服务中,静止气象卫星云图的监测范围大,同时具有监测中小尺度云团及其演变发展的技术优势,是多普勒雷达的动态监测预警服务的有效补充手段。The heavy rain appeared in Hoboksar Mongol Autonomous County in northwest Xinjiang on July 17,2007,broke records of Weather station's 24 hour precipitation.Particularly,hour precipitation reached 52.1mm,which was rare for arid area in our country.Application of the real-time EOS/MODIS satellite cloud chart help to discover promptly this strong precipitation weather process,and laid basis for the heavy rain early warning service.The synthesis contrast of EOS/ MODIS data and the Doppler radar echo material data about this precipitation weather process,proved in local heavy rain early warning service in the broad arid area,the polar orbit satellite cloud chart has larger monitor scope,and can monitor the mesoscale and microscale cloud cluster and its development,which is an effective supplement for the Doppler radar dynamic monitor and early warning service.
