摘　　要：目的:探讨认知、心理和行为干预护理对全膝关节表面置换术患者康复的作用。方法:把40例行全膝关节表面置换术的患者按照住院号随机分为干预组和对照组各20例,对照组予以常规护理,干预组实施认知、心理和行为干预。结果:干预组患者对疾病认知的程度明显提高,能积极配合治疗和护理,促进了膝关节功能的恢复。结论:实施有效的护理可以减轻患者的心理压力,使患者能配合进行有计划、分阶段的功能锻炼,满足了日常生活和工作的需要。Objective： To explore the cognitive,psychological and behavioral intervention care on rehabilitation of the patients received total knee arthroplasty.Methods： 40 patients had total knee replacement surgery according to hospital number of patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,20 cases in the control group received routine care,the intervention group to the cognitive,psychological and behavioral interventions.Results： The intervention group patients showed significantly increased knowledge of the disease and could co-operate treatment and care,and promote the recovery of knee function.Conclusion： The implementation of effective care of patient could ensure to reduce the psychological pressure and that a planned functional exercise was easy to accept by patients so as to adjust to daily life and work.
