摘  要:创新型人才以健全的心理素质为基础,以复合的知识构架为内核,以超常高效的实践能力为行动。这些判定标准正是培养创新型人才所要达到的目标。旅游管理专业创新型人才表现为具有强烈的现代服务意识、将管理专业知识与人文社科知识融为一体、善于在服务管理的实践中创新以及具备高尚的团队合作精神等特征。针对现有培养模式的缺陷,着眼理工科背景旅游管理专业创新型人才的培养:在实践上应创新专业培养方案,打造复合型知识结构;创建活动课程和激励机制,强化创新能力;建设校内外系列实践基地,扩大实践创新机会;实施导师制,推进创新型人才培养进程;带出来请进去,扩大交流创新视野等全新培养模式。It is believed that creative talents should have mental health, compound knowledge structure and highly efficient action abilities. The judgment criteria are exactly the goals to be achieved in cultivating innovative talents. Innovative talents in tourism Management are good at innovation in the management service practice with a strong modem sense of service and the adorable teamwork spirit,in whom the combination of management expertise, humanities and social sciences can be found. To avoid the deficiencies of the existing training mode, we should develop a new training mode, which focuses on training the creative talents with a scientific and engineering background, draft the professional training plan in practice, develop compound type knowledge structure; set up activity courses and incentive mechanisms, strengthen innovative capability, build up practice base in and out of schools, expand opportunities for innovation and practice;implement mentoring system,promote training process of innovative persoanel; bring out and introduces in, and extend exchanges of the innovative visions.
