摘  要:目的基于医学DICOM格式的图像,不经过二次转换并快速且准确的建立舟骨有限元模型,从而得到可以用于舟骨应力分析的有限元模型,并通过模拟手舟骨损伤来分析不同的受力特点。方法选择健康成年男性志愿者,进行高精度螺旋CT扫描,将得到的DICOM 3.0医学图像数据,导入MIMICS医学影像软件并生成实体模型,然后应用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS 11生成有限元模型。约束边界条件,模拟舟骨轴向压力进行加载,得出舟骨有限元模型上的应力分布与应变结果,并模拟舟骨不同损伤的力学改变。结果建立的舟骨三维有限元模型共有节点73588个,单元397344个。所建模型结构完整,空间结构准确,单位划分精细,轴向压力作用下加载模拟形象、逼真,客观反映舟骨三维解剖形态结构和生物力学特点。结论应用高精度螺旋CT成像的DICOM3.0数据,并与MIMICS和ANSYS相结合的方法快速建立舟骨的三维有限元模型是切实有效和可行的;有限元方法可较好的分析手舟骨及其损伤的生物力学特点。Objective Reconstructing a accurate finite element model of scaphoid based on the DICOM medical image format without any con- version quickly. It can be used for stress analysis of scaphoid's finite element model. And analysis of different force characteristics by simulate various scaphoid damages. Methods A healthy adult male volunteers was scaned by the high-precision helical CT,then we got the DICOM 3. 0 formated medical image data. Import the data to MIMICS to generate solid model, use ANSYS 11 which is the application of general-purpose finite element analysis software to generate the finite element model. Constrained boundary conditions to simulate the pressure scaphoid axial load, arrive at the finite element model of scaphoid on the results of stress distribution and strain. And simulate scaphoid damages. Results The established scaphoid's three-dimensional finite element model has a total of 73588 nodes and 397344 elements. The model is Structural integrity and spatial structure of accurate. The units are precise delineation. Under the axial pressure load simulation image, a realistic and ob- jective reflection of scaphoid morphology of three-dimensional anatomical and biomechanical characteristics can be seen. Conclusion the method to use the application of MIMICS and ANSYS to creat a three-dimensional finite element model with DICOM formatted date scaned by the high-precision helical CT is effective and feasible. Finite element method of analysis can be a better method in the studies of normal and damaged scaphoid biomechanics.
