摘 要:目的探讨汉族2型糖尿病(T2DM)人群中新型足贴欧米诺(Neuropad)与振动感觉阈值(VPT)检查的相关情况。方法对482例T2DM患者进行欧米诺和VPT检查,采用Spearman相关分析欧米诺与VPT的相关性。结果 (1)高风险VPT组年龄、DM病程、SBP、Cr均高于非高风险VPT组,HDL-C低于非高风险VPT组;(2)高风险VPT组的独立危险因子为年龄和FPG;(3)双侧足部欧米诺检查显示双侧开始变色时间及完全变色时间之间均显著相关(P均<0.01);(4)VPT与左侧开始变色时间、左侧完全变色时间、右侧开始变色时间及右侧完全变色时间均显著相关。结论新型足贴欧米诺可能作为筛查糖尿病外周神经病变的有效工具。Objective To investigate the correlation between the commercially available Neuropad test and vibration perception thresholds (VPT) test in the Chinese Han patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes. Methods Both Neuropad test and VPT test were completed in 482 Chinese patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes aged over 30 years. Body mass measurements, resting blood pressure, fasting blood measures were also investigated. The relationship between Neuropad test and VPT test was evaluated. Results (1) Age, duration of diabetes, systolic blood pressure and serum creatinine were significantly higher in high-risk VPT subgroup than in non-high risk VPT subgroup. HDL C was lower in high-risk VPT subgroup than in non-high-risk VPT subgroup. (2) High-risk VPT was significantly associated with older age(β=0.058, OR=1. 060, CI=1. 036 1. 085,P〈0. 001) and fasting plasma glucose(β=0. 080,OR =1.083, CI=1.002-1.171, P=0.045) by logistic regression analysis. (3) All Neuropad tests in left foot were significantly correlated with those in right foot (P〈0.01). (4) VPT test was significantly correlated with all Neuropad tests, including time to initial color change of the test in left foot (r=0. 193; P〈0.01), time to complete color change of the test in left foot (r=0.103; P=0.039), time to initial color change of the test in right foot (r=0. 207; P〈0.01) and time to complete color change of the test in right foot (r = 0. 157; P〈 0. 01). Conclusions The Neuropad test might be a simple indicator for screening patients with diabetic neuropathy.
