摘  要:电除尘器在控制火电厂烟气污染中得到广泛的应用,其设计和安装质量直接影响整个电除尘器的效率和经济性。利用SolidWorks虚拟建模和API二次开发技术,结合VB软件开发了电除尘器虚拟装配系统。该系统使得电除尘器在设计过程中只需改动相关尺寸,就可以设计出变形产品,缩短了产品设计周期,并可在电除尘器安装前检验其可装配性,辅助安装施工部门合理确定电除尘器的施工方案,确保施工质量。Electrostatic precipitator has been widely used in controlling flue gas pollution at power plant.The electrostatic precipitator's efficiency and economy are evidently affected by it's design and installation quality.In this papers,virtual assembly system of electrostatic precipitator is developed with SolidWorks'API secondary development,virtual modeling and VB software,which can control the electrostatic precipitator's design,manufacture and installation precisely.With this system,the designers will be able to design new products only by changing related dimension of existed products.Therefore,the product development cycles can be shorten to a certain extent.Moreover,this system can checkout if the products can be assembled in advance so as to assist electrical construction departments to determine the reasonable ESP's construction program to ensure the quality of installation.
